• Social Work Services (as it pertains to rehabilitation) 

Clients include but are not limited to:

• Nursing Homes
• Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Independent Living Facilities
• Adult Day Care
• Home Health Agencies
• Private Individuals in our clinics or in their home
  

We are providers for the majority of local reimbursement companies as well as having the ability to bill Medicare and Medicaid.
