Philosophy and Purpose
COTI will continue to provide professional and community education as well as participating in research and effectively incorporating sensory integration treatment into the occupational therapy profession, by treating, educating families and advising and educating other professionals.

Company Description
Founded originally as a limited partnership by a group of occupational therapists, COTI grew to become a corporation in 1987 and still retains most of its original partners.

COTI, Inc is an organization of occupational therapists dedicated to meeting community needs through quality occupational therapy services, on-going professional and community education courses to OT's and in-services to schools and community organizations.  Directors regularly guest lecture at Cincinnati State University and Xavier University.  We have also been active in developing the local university programs and serving on their advisory boards.

We regularly participate in research with Xavier University and supervise OT students in their fieldwork experience with us.  As the community has recognized their need for OT services, we have expanded our business to schools, nursing homes, home health, home and community, assisted living and MRDD facilities.

As professionals owning a private practice, we have been aware of the local needs and have been willing to be flexible in expanding services to new populations in accessible locations, and a reasonable fee for services.
